Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions like accounts payable, expense reports, and payments.
• Processing general ledger entries covering various accounting aspects.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements promptly.
• Handling accounts receivable aging and collections.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Meeting deadlines and standards while coordinating across departments.

Jouw profiel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of GAAP.
• Detail-oriented with adaptability to changes.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Effective task prioritization and independent execution within deadlines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial closing and reconciliation.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
